Elena Krawzow is a German Paralympic swimmer who was born on September 7, 2001, in Moscow, Russia. She was born with a congenital visual impairment and is classified as S12 in the Paralympic classification system. Krawzow started swimming at the age of five and competed in her first international competition at the 2018 European Para Swimming Championships in Dublin, where she won a gold medal in the women's 100m breaststroke SB12.

At the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Krawzow won three gold medals in the women's 50m, 100m, and 200m breaststroke SB12 events, setting a new world record in the 100m breaststroke SB12. She also won a silver medal in the women's 100m butterfly S12 event.
